Main functions available in the registered user mode|
From the login HOME page, you can view all history information of online usages performed after registering your user account .
Information viewable in the history information includes payment information, your SmartPit and Payeasy payment IDs and their expiration dates, a PDF copy of your completed registration, and cuts (publisher group profile images) you use.
After we have received your registration information, you will be issued a registration number. You can also obtain your position number in advance and download PDF files providing event guidance for attendees and floor plans of the event.
You canregister to attend events as a group of multiple circles (publisher groups) by using the entry service and a group ID given to two registered users.
Users who primarily register by mail can, view history and registration information on the login HOME page via the payment service available after you have registered your user account. Make sure to take advantage of this feature.

|１．User registration information|
（１） Name of circle (publisher group) representative|
（２）Pronunciation of name of circle (publisher group) representative
（３）Cellphone number (Cellphone numbers have been required to register as of March, 2011)
（４）Email address (PC email address is recommended.)
（５）Password set by the user
【Important】Change of the representative name and pronunciation cannot be accepted after registration. (Change of the last name due to marriage is accepted.)
【Important】When registering a new account, an authentication email is sent to the email address you entered.
【Important】The registration information listed above (1.-5.) is automatically populated when using the entry service after login.
【Important】Change of the key user information contained in the registration information listed above (1.-5.) cannot be accepted for different events when using the entry service.
If you have forgotten your password
You can have a temporary password issued to your registered email address if you forget your password. After requesting a temporary password, you must enter the password manually (pasting is not allowed). After the screen appears, promptly copy the password and save it in a text file.
|２．Viewing usage history|
The history information that registered users can view on the login HOME page include payment information on each event registration, your payment IDs and expiration dates, a PDF copy of your completed registration, and group status.|
The usage history displayed includes only the entry/payment service usage performed after you have created a user account.
The login TOP screen is composed of the following four sections.
Notifications from organizers
└ This is a notification area that contains important deadlines and other precautions.
Payment status of b2-online event registrations【10 most recent entry registrations】
└ Entry registrations are displayed by the date of service usage. Payment status and payment deadlines for Payeasy/SmartPit options are displayed in TOPIC.
Notifications regarding events that have been registered through and approved by b2-online【10 most recent entry registrations】
└ Notifications of registration numbers for registered events and your position number with the dates when your registration card will be sent are displayed in TOPIC.
Event information for your most recent events【10 most recent events】
├ List of the 10 most recent events for which you have registered and made payment. Entries for which you have most recently reserved but not made payment are also displayed until the payment deadline.
└Click on the 10-digit number link in the list to display the “Detailed Information” screen. This screen displays your entered information, payment deadlines, payment IDs, IP addresses, and other detailed information.
*Payment information and registration information such as a PDF copy of your entered information can still be viewed on the login home page even if you have not received the registration confirmation email due to heavy network conditions.
*Your payment ID for making payments at convenience stores (SmartPit) is displayed on the login HOME page, but you cannot reprint the SmartPit sheet that contains the barcode. To print this sheet, you must display the last page in the process to register for entry into an event or you must access from the link contained in the confirmation email.
１．When you are logged in, your ID is displayed at the top of the entry service page.|
└ Screen：Both sides of the background are grayed out.
２．Text information you already entered when creating your user account is populated as gray characters into the representative information fields on the entry page so you do not have to enter this information again.【This information cannot be edited.】
３．【Circle (publisher group) names, pen names, addresses, and zip codes】are automatically saved when entered on the representative information entry page. After you have successfully registered for events through the entry service, you can select this information again when entering the event entry attendee information.
５．A check box is placed on the genre selection page to select if your works contain adult contents (R18).
６．The website will automatically display your entered circle (publisher group) name in place of a cut (publisher group profile image) if you proceed without uploading a cut in the circle cut column on the genre selection page.【Express feature】
|4．Cut (publisher group profile image) library (+ automatic display of circle (publisher group) name as your cut)|
After registering your user account, all cuts (publisher group profile images) you have uploaded when registering to enter an event are saved in your library in a JPG format and listed in the “Circle cut list”.|
The list also contains information such as date information so that you can identify when the circle cut (publisher group profile image) was used, title, and an indication on whether the cut is valid after payment has been made.
The library allows you to reselect previously used circle cuts (publisher group profile images) when using the entry service in registered user mode.
Automatic display of circle (publisher group) name as your cut (publisher group profile image)
This website automatically displays your circle (publisher group) name as your cut (publisher group profile image) as an express feature for those circles who do not wish to create and specify a unique cut. The entered circle (publisher group) name is displayed in a Gothic font.
This feature can also be used when registering for normal event entries without using the registered user mode.
●Procedure for Group B
１．After receiving the Group ID from Group A, Group B uses the entry service, selects “Populate and Enter Partner Group ID” on the genre entry screen, and then enters the group ID received from Group A.
２．After clicking “Update”, the genre field and description of works field is populated from the Group A information. These fields are now locked and cannot be edited.
３．Continue through the procedure to register for the event entry until you reach the last registration page.
４．If a payment method other than immediate online settlement or credit card payment is selected, make your payment by the payment deadline.
●Important points to prevent registration failures!!
Before using the entry service, confirm with each other of your commitment to participate in the event and make sure both groups are aware of the expiration date of the Group ID and payment deadlines. In particular, circles (publisher groups) who have not yet used the online entry service should have their cuts (publisher group profile images) already prepared before using the service and should make sure to understand the payment deadlines for each payment method.
●The Group ID feature cannot be used in the following cases(Corresponding screen is not displayed.)
１．In case of registering for multiple events via the Entry service: Select only one.
２．In case of registering on the final deadline or the day before the final deadline to register for the event:Group IDs are issued up to two days before the final registration deadline (this is also the deadline date for registrations by mail).
３．In case of registering for events without logging into your account:
●The website provides Group A with a reset button to cancel the group registration if Group B has failed to successfully complete the registration.
The Group ID is locked after its initial use (update). If Group B has failed to complete the registration due to payment or other issue, Group A can unlock the used Group ID.
Group A can open the entry history screen by clicking on the 10-digit number in the entry history on the login HOME page. The ID number and Unlock button are on the center of the page. Click this button to unlock. After unlocking the group ID, notify Group B immediately so they can reattempt entry registration.
The display of the unlock button is valid for 3 days, the same period as the expiration date of the group ID.
Unlock button is no longer displayed when Group B successfully completes registration and makes payment for the event entry.
●Canceling the Group registration and continuing to register for the event as a single circle (publisher group)
Once you cancel the Group registration and continue to register for the event as a single circle (publisher group), the genre and circle cut (publisher group profile image) cannot be edited or changed.
Cases in which Group A cancels the Group registration and continues to register for the event as a single circle (publisher group):
├ Group B did not use the Group ID provided by Group A for entry.
└ Group B failed to complete the payment process after using the Group ID provided by Group A.
Cases in which Group B cancels the Group registration and continues to register for the event as a single circle (publisher group):
└ Group B has finished payment after using the Group ID provided by Group A, but Group A failed to complete the payment process.
*The Group registration feature is not displayed on-screen when using the online entry service while not logged in and not using the registered user mode.
*Please use the paid service to make changes in the event that you failed to successfully complete the registration.
The Payment service is also available when you desire to select payment methods other those available in the entry service. You must submit your registration form when using this service.|

At this point in the procedure, select the desired payment method just as you would if using the Entry service.
Registrations made by mail are still displayed in the usage history on the login HOME page as the user has registered an account.
You can confirm the registration and position numbers before receiving your package from the organizer.
As already noted above in Section 2 of Help, however, the usage history displayed includes only the entry/payment service usage performed after registering your user account.
Please be aware of this.
|7．Starting SUPER25 in 2016, deadline for information correction has been extended! (2015/10/01)|
You are now able to update your information until 10 days before the final deadline!|
Starting from the entries for SUPER COMIC CITY25 in May 2016, you will be able to update your information and cut(pulisher group profile image) changes after you have entried, 10 days prior to the final deadline. With this, you can correct or update your registration information or cut(publisher group profile image) until the last minute. (Apply to events with registration which starts after October 1st, 2015)
Late Group registration has been added. （Obtain and enter ID at once). You can obtain and enter ID from the "Edit" screen after you have entried.
Late Group registration, you can combine both Circles(publisher group) in situations when both entries are completed, or just one has been entried for free. We designate first entry to be Group A and entry after that to be Group B. Like normal Group registration steps, Jenre A and its work is automatically data citated to Jenre B.
Click the corresponding 10-digit number on the login HOME to open the "Details" screen.
From the separate "Edit" screen, click 【New Group Registration】, and you will see a screen to obtain and enter Group ID. Please use specific ID for Group A and Group B. As it was, the Group ID is valid for 3 days incuding the date of issue.
Even when your Group ID becomes unvalid, you can re-obtain a new valid ID until 10 days before the final deadline.
＊Apply to events with registration which starts after October 1st, 2015 （Starting SUPER25）＊
You can edit and update information until 10 days prior to the final deadline. "Edit" screen is locked after that date.
Even if the date of final deadline is extended, you can edit and update information until the 10 days prior to the original final deadline.
For those of you who still wants to change circle(publisher group) name or cut(publisher group profile image),or late Group registration after the due date, please use charged option(900-yen per each・tax+ fee).
●When you do not see the "Group ID" button on "Edit" screen for events with new features applied
For entry that is registered for multiple events,as the normal entry rule,we do not provide late Group registration even in the new features.
●Canceling the Group after completion
You can edit and update information until the deadline at any time, but you cannot cancel the group registraton.
|８．Payment status column in your usage history|
Your 【Most recently registered event】 is displayed at the bottom of the login HOME page.|
You can distinguish which event entries have been successfully registered by the information displayed in the 【Payment status】column.
Payment complete：Indicates that payment has been successfully processed whether using immediate online payment, credit card payment, or reserved payment (Payeasy/SmartPit).
Reservation complete： Reservation in which Payeasy reserved payment (ATM) or Smartpit reserved payment (convenience store) has been selected but payment has not yet been made.
Processing： Browser was closed while still in the process of making a registration or process was canceled due to some other reason. (Start the event entry registration process again.)
Error!： Failure occurred during the session at the last page when selecting a payment method such as a payment settlement error. (Start the event entry registration process again.)
|９．Generation of registration number and prior notification of position number and event guidance for attendees|
Your【Most recently registered event】 is displayed at the bottom of the login HOME page.|
The registration number will be updated at the timing when your data is registered after payment has been made and after we have processed the data in our system.
The registration number is normally updated and displayed on the website within 2 business days after the payment is made. Your event entry is successfully registered once the number is displayed.
Starting on October 1, 2012, registration confirmation postcards are only sent to those who have registered by mail.
Position number and name of hall
Lastly, once your space has been officially reserved, the website will be updated with your position number representing your reserved space (hall).
The updated position number is normally updated on the same day that your registration card is mailed to you, which is shown on the public website.
Event guidance for attendees and floor plans of the event are also distributed in PDF files.
You must have your circle (publisher group) PASS that you will receive by mail when entering the event venue.
|10．NAVIO Plus account【Generating codes】|
|You can find the button【Generate Codes】 on the MENU on the login HOME page.|
Use this button to generate a code used to register into the NAVIO Plus Electronic Doujinshi (amateur manga publications) Management System.
Using the code generated by b2-online to register an account (plus account) on the NAVIO Plus Electronic Doujinshi (amateur manga publications) Management System links your b2-online account with this system so that your b2-online account information, electronic publications information, and sales data may be quickly and automatically available in this system.
Once generated, a URL to the registration site displays on the center part of the screen. For more information, >> Click here.
|11．Changing user accounts|
|Registered users can change their cellphone number, email address, and login password as needed.|
You cannot normally change your name except in the event of a name change due to marriage. To change your last name, use the b2 inquiry form and select【Last name change due to marriage】. One of our administrators will change your name.
To make other changes, use the 【Change registration information】 option in the MENU after login.
When changing your information, an authentication email is sent to the entered email address.
The changed account information is immediately updated on the website.
When changing your cellphone number or email address and you have already successfully registered for an event entry and your registration data has been processed on our end (registration number has already been issued), your information is updated on the b2 website, but registration data for the particular event is not updated. Please be aware of this.
|12．Deleting user accounts|
|Registered users can delete their b2-online user accounts.|
To delete your account, select the “Delete User Account” check box in the form on the “Change User Account” page after login, and then click the “Change” button. This completes the deletion of your account.
*After deleting your account, your usage history including any events for which you have registered but not yet attended is not deleted.
*You cannot use the same email address to register another account after deleting the previous one.
|13．Charged Options【changing circle name or cut・late Group registration】|
These charged options are support features in Online entry service. Originally, registration is done at once. Please note that you are to complete your information during the free editing period.|
To use charged option, click the corresponding 10-digit number on the login HOME to open the "Details" screen.(starting 9 days prior to the deadline of an event)
１．Making a user registration does not guarantee a registration to attend your desired event. |
２．Registered users cannot change or delete their b2-online entry usage history.
３．After creating a user account, you can still use the normal entry and payment services without logging into your account. If you have Cookies turned on in your browser, your account information (representative name, email address, and phone number) maybe displayed in the appropriate fields. These fields are not locked in this case, however, and so you can edit these fields as desired. Note, however, that registrations performed in this manner will not be saved to your account history.
